Switch units
Open NativeActions → Compress → Custom target size and enter a number. Click the unit label to cycle MB → KB → GB → MB. Check the number and unit together before starting.
Plan for each file
In a batch, consider the desired size of each output rather than the combined size of all selected files. A very small target can be impossible for the input and quality policy.
Leave a little room
Upload services may round sizes or use different unit conventions. Aim a little below a strict upload limit and check the actual exported size before uploading.
