What happens next
We record and acknowledge receipt, review the request and contact you about the outcome. Confirmation of receipt is not confirmation that a refund has completed. Valid withdrawals are reimbursed within the statutory period through the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Associated license access is revoked after a refund.
For a defective product or another purchase problem, contact support even if the withdrawal period has passed. Statutory rights concerning digital-content conformity remain separate.
