A few clear rules.
Who operates NativeActions
Zabura s.r.o., Cejl 40/107, Zábrdovice, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Company ID (IČO): 28303881. VAT ID: CZ28303881. Contact: support@nativeactions.com.
Your license
NativeActions provides desktop tools for local file processing. A one-time purchase grants a perpetual license for one active device. It does not become a subscription. One account may own multiple licenses. Available builds and supported systems are listed on the Download page. A platform under development is not a currently available product.
Purchasing and delivery
You need an account to purchase. Checkout shows the number of licenses and the total in US dollars before payment. Stripe processes payments. After verification, licenses appear in your dashboard and can be activated in the app. A checkout marked as a test does not charge real money or grant a commercial license. Test access may end when testing ends.
Devices, sharing and offline use
One license permits one active computer. An unused license may be shared with one other account. While shared, the owner cannot activate that seat, and the recipient cannot share it onward. You can stop sharing or remove a device in the dashboard. Existing signed offline access may remain valid for up to 7 days; the seat becomes reusable after that period. Internet is required for sign-in, access renewal and updates. File processing stays local.
Using the software
Process only files you are entitled to use, and keep backups of important files. Compression results depend on the content; every requested size cannot be achieved with acceptable quality. Updates can address defects or add support, but compatibility with all future operating systems or file formats is not promised. Third-party components retain their own licenses, included with the app.
Withdrawal and problems
If you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw, you can exercise it within 14 days of purchase. A download alone is not treated as a waiver. Send your account email, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw to support@nativeactions.com. No special form is required. Valid refunds are returned through the original payment method and revoke the associated licenses. Statutory rights concerning defective digital content remain available after the withdrawal period.
Support and disputes
Report defects or billing problems to support@nativeactions.com with your order reference and a description. Czech law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country. Czech consumers can seek out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
Changes
The terms presented when you purchase govern that purchase. Later changes cannot remove mandatory rights or retrospectively turn your perpetual license into a subscription.
