What the message means
“Signed in. A free license seat is needed for this computer.” means the account is correct, but every license on it is already used by another computer, shared with someone else, or still in its offline cooldown after a device was removed.
Your options
- Open your dashboard on nativeactions.com and check which computers use your licenses.
- Remove a computer you no longer use. Its seat becomes available once that computer’s offline permission ends; the date is shown after removal.
- If a license is shared, stop sharing it from the dashboard when you need it yourself.
- Or choose Manage licenses or buy a license in the app to add another license.
After freeing a seat
Start the sign-in again in the app. The computer you signed out from can reconnect to its previous seat right away, as long as no other computer has used that seat since.
