Set the range
Select the video and choose NativeActions → Extract → Extract frames. Choose start and end times and the interval between frames, then export and review the PNG files.
Allow enough storage
A long range with a short interval creates many source-resolution images. Check available disk space and try a small range first when testing the workflow.
For one exact moment
Save frame or the thumbnail action is simpler when you only need one still. Choose the sequence action when you deliberately want samples over a period of time.
