Start with a sample
Choose a few files representative of your selection. Run the intended action and inspect the outputs. Apply it to the larger group only after the sample looks right.
Allow enough space
Most actions keep originals and create outputs, so you need room for both plus temporary work. TIFF images and WAV audio can be substantially larger than compressed sources.
Use stable local inputs
Download cloud files first and avoid moving the source folder during processing. On a slower computer, split a large selection into smaller groups so one bad input is easier to identify and retry.
