NativeActions uses conservative quality checks for supported image and video compression. They help avoid an overly degraded result, but your subject matter and intended use still matter.
Compare before committing
Keep the original. Inspect image detail, watch moving video sections and listen to important audio passages. Try a gentler option if the difference is too noticeable. Remove originals only after reviewing their results.
