Set the target
Select a video and open NativeActions → Frame rate. Choose a preset or a custom value from 1 to 240 FPS. Export and watch the copy in the intended player.
More FPS is not new motion detail
This action drops or repeats frames. It does not invent motion between captured frames. Raising a 24 FPS source to 60 FPS is not equivalent to recording it at 60 FPS.
Check the result
A lower frame rate changes how motion looks. Review fast movement and audio synchronization. Keep the source when you may need another delivery version later.
