How app sign-in works
NativeActions signs in through your browser. The app shows an eight-character code and opens nativeactions.com, where you confirm the same code for this computer. Each code expires after 10 minutes and can be used once.
Start again
- In the app, choose Cancel if the old code is still shown, then choose Sign in in browser.
- If the browser does not open, choose Open browser again.
- Sign in on the website with the account that has your license, compare the code characters and confirm the computer.
- Return to the app. It continues by itself once the confirmation arrives.
If the page says “Let’s start again”
The request expired, was already used or does not exist. Close that browser tab and start a new sign-in from the app. If the app shows “Reconnecting…”, check the internet connection; the request stays valid until its code expires.
