Make a JPEG copy
Select a locally available PNG and choose NativeActions → Convert → JPEG. Open the result and inspect the background, sharp edges and any small text before sharing it.
Transparency changes
JPEG has no alpha channel. Transparent areas need a solid background when converted. If the background appearance matters, check the exported file rather than assuming it will match the source.
When to keep PNG
Keep PNG for assets that need transparency or crisp screenshot text. JPEG is generally a better fit for photographs. Converting does not restore details missing from the original.
