Your files are processed locally
Conversion, compression and other file operations run on your computer. Files are not sent to our website for processing.
The app uses the internet for account activation, access renewal and update checks. Your computer must already have the source file and any required bundled tools available locally.
Up to seven days between checks
After a successful account activation or renewal, the computer holds a signed permission valid for up to 7 days offline. Reconnecting lets the app renew it while the license and device remain authorized.
The one-time purchase is perpetual. The short device permission is what allows account owners to remove devices or stop sharing safely.
When offline access runs out
Reconnect to the internet and open the app to refresh access. If the device was removed, the payment was revoked or the license is no longer assigned to you, sign in with an account that has an available license.
