Existing results are protected
NativeActions avoids silently replacing an existing result. Repeating a conversion can produce a distinct output name rather than overwriting the earlier version.
Find the newest copy
Review the operation result and output folder. Sort by modification time if several copies have similar names. Open the expected file and check its contents before removing duplicates.
Check access errors
If the target folder is not writable, repeated retries will not solve that restriction. Try a downloaded copy in a normal local folder you own. Avoid renaming a source while another operation is using it.
