Copy the names
Select files or folders and choose NativeActions → More tools → Copy file name. Paste into your note, document or list and adjust formatting for that destination.
Avoid unnecessary path details
A name is often enough for a reference or inventory. Copying only names avoids exposing private local directories when the location is irrelevant.
Names are not unique fingerprints
Two folders can contain different files with the same name. Use full paths when location matters, or a checksum when you need to compare actual file contents.
