Choose the sequence
Open NativeActions → PDF → Extract / reorder pages. Enter the desired order, such as 3, 1–2. Create the result and open it to verify the sequence.
Use document positions
A page selection refers to the page’s position in the PDF. Printed numbering can differ because of a cover or introductory pages. Check the actual positions in a reader.
Keep the source
The action creates a new PDF. Keep the original until you have reviewed the output. Invalid page numbers or ranges need correcting before the task can finish.
