Start with the selection
- Select an actual file, such as a local PNG, JPG or PDF.
- Right-click the selected file, rather than an empty part of the folder.
- Look for NativeActions. Available actions depend on the type and number of selected files.
Check the Explorer menu
Windows 11 and Windows 10 use different context menu layouts. On Windows 11, also check “Show more options” if the modern menu has not refreshed after installation.
Close and reopen File Explorer after setup. If installation reported an error, complete setup again using the current installer before testing the menu.
Try a local file
A cloud-only placeholder is not the same as a downloaded file. Test with a file stored locally. For a OneDrive item, make it available on this device first and wait for the download to complete.
If it still does not appear
Note the Windows version, NativeActions version, file extension and whether the problem affects one file or every file. These details help distinguish an unsupported selection from an installation issue.
